Anti-restart Function for Safety (with Warning Lamp)

The motor does not start up if the battery is inserted with the switch slid in the "on" position. In this case, a red light starts blinking slowly, indicating that the anti-restart function is on and can be turned off by sliding the switch to the "off" position.
